first day of track season!!!
we have a new was coach this year who knows her stuff. the coach last year was fun and bright and enthusiastic and I miss him but I’m glad we have a coach for this year. our warmups are more extensive, but they’ll go faster as we get into the season. but an 8 minute run was a bit much for my lungs (with a couple mild hills).
